About The OwnerAEG is owned by Robert MacKay, a civil engineer who specializes in residential and light-commercial structures. He is licensed in Wyoming and Washington, and can easily be licensed in other states. He worked his way through undergraduate engineering courses at the University of Portland by doing residential construction – framing, concrete, and finish work; graduating in 1994.
