- Alaska Free Press has been reported to the authorities (FBI, FCC, the Attorney General of Alaska and the United States Dept. of Justice for egregious criminal libelious violations against certain reputable individuals. Moreover, Alaska Free Press advocates hate crimes and has violated hate crime laws in the United States of America. Alaska Free Press is being accussed of sponsoring home based Terrorism against respectable individuals and promotes hate.
- Please be advised that ALASKA FREE PRESS (http://www.alaskafreepress.com) is being used to disseminate certain libelious statements about respected members of the community. We have tried to find a way to contact the staff to make it aware of the abusive practice of Alaska Free Press "bloggers," most of whom (if not all) write under ficticious names, however, we can't seem to find any contact information on the site. More importantly, ALASKA FREE PRESS (http://www.AlaskaFreePress.com) is not listed publicly on any Web Registry but rather "secretly" which is highly suspect for a website that purports to support truth in publishing.
- The unrestricted and unsupervised posting of boldly criminal statements that violate us laws, that are flat out fabrications against certain established, reputable business leaders in the community has been noted and duly reported to the authorities and a group of individuals, including lawyers and IT personnel is preparing to take ALASKA FREE PRESS to task. It should be noted that some of the fabrications and lies being posted on ALASKA FREE PRESS chat rooms and message boards have resulted in financial damages to several individuals, whom are among the plaintiffs against ALASKA FREE PRESS.
- Once the ownership information of ALASKA FREE PRESS (http://www.alaskafreepress.com) surfaces and the name of the owner(s) and the names of the respective "so called" authors/bloggers of these malevolent pieces is made known in the real world there will be stiff penalties and tremendous financial punitive damages will be sought not to mention the possibility of sending some of culprits to jail.
