Santa Claus started his annual trip around the world a little early this year with a little help from Akron Children's Hospital and Air Bear, Ohio's first and only pediatric transport helicopter. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived at Akron Children's aboard Air Bear at 10 a.m. on Christmas Eve and proceeded inside to spread a little cheer to children who may not be able to make it home for the holiday.
