Please note that neither Aikido of Richmond, Inc., Shihan Steven Steele, nor any of his assistant instructors, is currently affiliated with Roy Y. Suenaka or the American International Ki Development and Philosophical Society.

Aikido of Richmond was founded in 1990 by Shihan Steven Steele. After training in the Charleston Dojo of Sensei Roy Suenaka for ten years, Shihan Steele moved to Richmond, Virginia and started Aikido of Richmond.
