People who are blind or visually impaired are entitled to equality of access to education and training that requires use of visual graphic data. The conversion of these visual images into traditional tactile formats opens the door to accessibility and inclusion but has in the past always needed the assistance, usually on a one to one basis, of a trainer to explain the tactile diagram or the addition of Braille notations.
