AhmedabadSale.com was launched on October 15th, 2003. It was the first real estate portal in India. AhmedabadSale.com is an online marketplace for residents of Gujarat. Till this date AhmedabadSale.com has registered close to 7 lac hits. AhmedabadSale.com is the culmination of 10 years of Research and Development in web-based Java Technology.
AhmedabadSale.com provides advertisement for local market of Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot and Vadodara (All cities of Gujarat) in following categories: - Real Estate Properties (New/Resale Residential and Commercial Properties, Rental Commercial and Residential Properties and for Residential and Commercial Property Investors). - Four and Two Wheeler Automobile Advertisements - Online Yellow Pages for all Four Cities. All the above categories have the ability to place photographs of their respective items.
We have added a new feature on our website, i.e. PhotoAlbum. In this photo album we have placed photographs of landmark buildings, tourist spots, museums, lakes etc. This is the only photoalbum in India which shows detailed information about ahmedabad city. Right now there are 450 photographs of Ahmedabad City. Some of the prominent locations which we have photographed are: Ahmedabad Airport, NalSarovar Lake, Sabarmati River Front Project, Kakaria Lake, C.G.Road, Ashram Road, Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway, IIM Ahmedabad, Law Garden Road, Science City, Lal Darwaja Bus Stand, Heritage Walk, AutoWorld Museum (which has Largest Collection of Vintage Cars in India), Vastrapur Lake, Thor Lake, and Kamala Nehru Zoo.
There is one more concept which we have introduced in our portal is that of NetHoarding. In NetHoardings we have taken photographs of City Hoardings and placed on our website. Right now this is just the concept we haven't done much work on this concept.
Unique thing about this portal is that it is run by single individual. Shri Pushpendra N. Rawal is the owner of this portal. He has Master's in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, USA. He is also Sun Certified Java Programmer.
AhmedabadSale.com received Jboss Innovation Honorable Mention Award in 2006.
