Ah2o was started in 2001 by Amanda Hinton to fill a need in the area for a great swimming store stocked full of everything a swimmer needs. How did she know there was a need? She is a swimmer herself, competing since the age of six.

Growing up in a swimming family, her parents struggled to find the right products for the four competitive swimmers at a price that wouldn not break the bank. Finding suits at swim meets was a good option, but was often not reliable.
