- Jmcooper3 (frustrated) : I had a very bad experience with the Randall Mall location in Cleveland, OH. They scheduled 8 people for 9 AM appointments and only had 2 braiders. I was only there for a touch up, about 2-3 rows of braids. A 3rd braider came in and said I would have to wait until the afternoon. A 4th braider came in and she still couldn't do my hair. Even she said don't go to the shop. My day was packed & I had an important event coming up that I needed my hair done for. That was the only time I had to get my hair done. I called 1-800-4Braids and a man answered who was very nice & understanding. He told me he would call the owner, but when I called back for an update, a woman answered the phone. She told me she was too busy to talk to me & the man I had spoken to 5 minutes earlier was busy praying!!! No one had called the owner while I sat in my car in the parking lot & waited with my heat running. The woman was rude to me & said I was wasting time by talking to her & she was busy with another customer. I mean, come on, what kind of business is this??? I will never go back and I wouldn't advise anyone else to. 07:52, 2 February 2008 (PST)
