- He h olds a bachelors degree in Social Anthropology (University of Wales, Swansea, 1974), a masters in Education (University of Keele, UK, 1983), and a PhD in Management Psychology (Henley Management College/Brunel University, UK, 1993). He is Director of the Centre for Cross Cultural Management Research at ESCP-EAP European School of Management (Oxford-Paris-Berlin-Madrid). He edits, with Dr Zeynep Aycan, the International Journal of Cross Cultural Management (Sage Publications) and his most recent book (his sixth) International HRM: A Cross Cultural Approach has received international pre-publication accolades. He has published numerous articles on cross-cultural management ethics, management learning and management in developing countries in such journals as Human Relations, Journal of Management Studies, and Asian Pacific Journal of Management.
