- Initial stockholders when A-F Motors was incorporated in March 1965 were A.J. "Bud" Wormet, Virgil Tobin and Kenyon Follett. In May 1965, the corporation was granted a franchise from Chevrolet Motor Division to sell and service their product from the current location at 201 South Main Street, Adams, Wisconsin. Starting with six employees, Bud Wormet, as General Manager and Dealer Principal, quickly built a reputation for honest deals and dependable service.
