Their are 2 types of Cheaters: those who are well known and respected entrepreneurs and those that no one knows but represent themselfs a honest and serious companies. The last type just simple defraud in every way until the cream runs out and then start up in a new name.

The main problem is that these crooks are eating from both ends (webmasters and surfers) they defraud the surfer with poor content or illegal content, fraud with creditcards, not paying webmasters for the traffic, signups etc.
