This is going to be a long story, so get ready. My son is twelve and he will be thirteen soon, and he has horrible sleeping problems. What I would do when he was little is watch tv with him in his room, and later, I would watch tv and sit with him while he drifts off, and then when he fell asleep, I would go to my room and sleep.
