I plan on getting that Arms filler talent post up in the next day or so, but wanted to post something that seems to have really started to confuse people with the recent release of 3.2. So, I’d like to take just a minute to clear this matter up: Yes, 3.2 brought about yet another change to the Armor>Attack Power multiplier of Armored to the Teeth (AttT). No, this does not in of itself mean that Plate is suddenly better than equivalent Leather or Mail options.
