All the activities of AEA are suspended. Only lecture notes and the data pages are updated currently. You should be in the process of preparing to apply to PhD programs in the US and the West. Most universities fund good applicants. Make sure you are good in math and plan to take the GRE. In general, you do not need a Masters degree. See a list of US programshere.
