The Adjustable Clamp Company was incorporated in 1903, by Adele V Holman, to manufacture genuine Jorgensen Handscrews. Today 5 generations later great-great-grandson Douglas Holman is President of the company. Throughout the years each Holman has put his or her mark on the company. In the 1920's and 1930's Adele's son Harry applied for and received patents on the JORGENSEN"C" Clamps, JORGENSEN Steel Bar Clamps, PONY"C" Clamps and PONY Clamp Fixtures.
