- Dr. Bennett received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. He completed his psychiatry residency training at Duke University Medical Center and than the Public Psychiatry Fellowship of New York State Psychiatric Institute and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Bennett is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Bennett has worked in public sector mental health in Texas since 1995.
