Adams-Nelson & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Douglas and Fern Adams and their sons, Kevin and Garth, as an independent, full-service commercial real estate brokerage. The company was acquired by Richard Bell in 2001, following the deaths of Fern and Kevin Adams. Mr. Bell became the firm's Principal Broker in 2006 and now also serves as CEO of The Adams Companies. We are four individual business entities operating beneath a strong parent company.
