Security and Encryption
Our corporate and government clients require security and encryption. Although we cannot provide a higher level of security on insecure public networks (except log and track conversations there if needed – another innovation), we’ve made the ‘5th service’ the equivalent of a scrambled phone with encryption at anywhere from 128 bits to 2,048 bit strengths.
Integration into Customer Support Software We’ve already integrated with Computer Associates’ Unicenter, ServicePlus, and ServiceDesk for IM-based resolution of customer complaints.
Remote Desktop Management
Can be used by Customer Support to access a user’s computer to determine the problem that exists and fix it as needed.
Voice
Now offers a voice codec, of GSM quality that allows peer to peer PC to PC conversations.
Multi-Platform
Our product is now also available on Windows, Java, Symbian and J2ME Java Phone platforms.
