- Greetings from the High Sierra Chefs Association, the local chapter of the American Culinary Federation. The High Sierra Chapter represents Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Lake Tahoe and all surrounding areas of Northern Nevada and Northeastern California.
- The High Sierra Chapter was established in 1977 and has hosted two Regional Conferences. We have been voted by the American Culinary Federation "ACF Chapter of the Year" in 1989 and have received "Are you really ACF" gold plates in 1993 and 1999.
