Ace Builders, Inc. has been a part of the building community since 1976. Their primary focus has been homes in the Holland/Zeeland, Michigan area. For 27 years they have worked on many contract jobs as well as speculation and Parade homes. These projects include custom and condominium homes. Ace Builders is a team effort of Jerry and Sue Overbeek. Jerry is the builder/construction manager and Sue handles the office. Ace Builders have built many first and second time homes for their clients.
