- AbleCharting Financial Research is based in Milwaukee, WI and was founded by Scott Worcester (business card) . From 2000-2006, Scott was the Mutual Fund Specialist and Technical Analyst for Bramwell Capital Management, Inc. in New York City. While there, he implemented a program to integrate TA into the firm' fundamental research process, designed to better time the entry and exit of portfolio purchases and sales. He produced and presented written technical briefings on Bramwell Funds' stock holdings and generated new ideas while working directly with the portfolio manager and team of fundamental research analysts. Scott received formal technical analysis training through the Market Technicians Association (MTA). In 1991 Scott took 1st place in the CNBC/FNN National Investment Challenge in the state of Connecticut.
