- Andy is currently a Director of ABC Food Safety which provides specialist training and consultancy to local authorities. He was formerly a lecturer in Environmental Health for the College of North East London, based at Middlesex University where he specialised in Food Hygiene and Food Standards Law at both undergraduate and post graduate levels. Prior to joining the College of North East London, Andy was Acting Head of Environmental Health at the London Borough of Enfield and gained industry experience as a Quality Assurance manager in the dairy industry.
