ABC is a non-denominational, not-for-profit, child placing agency licensed in the states by Kansas and Missouri. We have been in business since 1994 and we provide services throughout Kansas and Missouri as well as arrange interstate and international placements. In our Domestic Program, we have a strong belief in the open adoption concept. We believe in open adoption because we feel that the fewer secrets that are kept from children and the people that love them, the better.
