- Abbie's Sporting Goods was established in 1948 and is the oldest sporting goods store in Vancouver. Albert Bevilacqua originally opened the shop on Main and 12th avenue, but moved to our present location in 1981. We are dedicated to the involvement and support of all youth in sports and have been sponsoring youth and amateur clubs for over 55 years.
