- Abba was locally organized in 1988 by a concerned group of pastoral, business, legal and health professionals. Abba is a member of CareNet, a national affiliation of nearly 500 pregnancy care centers. With CareNet's help and guidance, we are able to offer the following services to the community without charge to any client regardless of race, creed, status, or decision regarding pregnancy in a confidential, non-judgmental atmosphere.
