The African American Leadership Institute (AALI) is one of the flagship programs of the Alamo City Chamber Education Foundation. It is our hope that through our example all African Americans and the San Antonio community at large will begin to understand their inherent power and influence and uniqueness of the African American community. By drawing strength from tradition, history and knowledge, we believe the AALI Fellows will be inspired to make a positive difference in San Antonio and quite possibly...the world.
