Acacia Village started out with 2 very closely located properties, totaling 16 units, over 25 years ago! The owners, Tim and Susan spent countless hours in the beginning - renovating the units by themselves. We have since hired a small staff, although the owners are still very “hands on” in the maintenance and care of our rentals. We have formed long-standing relationships with many of our valued tenants. When you call us, we answer the phone, and we are often on the property ourselves.
