About AVanCe-ElPaso.org
The mission of AVANCE – El Paso is to help young families break the cycle of poverty through early childhood development, parenting, and adult and family literacy. We serve over 3,000 parents and children annually at seventeen schools across El Paso County. We are governed by a local Board of Directors and funded by public and private grants, contributions, and the United Way.
