is an honors graduate of The Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Douglas Phillips completed a General Practice Residency in the U. S. Air Force in 1980. After completing two years of service, he established a private practice in Arkansas in 1982 and relocated to Asheville in 1998. During his years in practice, Dr. Phillips has continued to broaden his skills in esthetic and restorative dentistry through completion of numerous, advanced courses.
