Although originally from Ottawa, Jen and Tara met in Calgary through what some may call multiple coincidences. Through a series of conversations, Jen and Tara strung together a string of synchronicities bringing them together and forever shaping their lives. It was in one such discussion where they shared their individual – and yet collective – dream to create a community healing centre; on a larger and more integrated scale than they had previously seen or experienced.
