We used these guys to ship our household items to New Zealand we were quoted 5-6 weeks 14 weeks later our stuff finally turned up.
We were misled and lied to throughout the process as to the where abouts / status of our property. As soon as it actually arrived in New Zealand they totally wiped there hands of the problem sending a email to "contact your agent in new Zealand" without telling us whom our agent was! They also failed to pass on the documentation that we filled out in Australia further holding up our property in New Zealand.
They also tried to exaggerate the size of our property saying it was 5 square meters! when we disputed this fact they placed us on hold and came back 2 minutes later saying they just re-measured and we were correct.
