The Advertising Club of Westchester was founded in 1968 to improve communications and relations among people in advertising, public relations, media, business, the professions, sales promotion, academic, creative, graphic, cultural areas, and the community at large.

Big W - Advertising Awards Competition
Each year the ACW holds its Annual “Big W” Awards Competition. The Big W event is all about celebrating and rewarding excellence in creative and technical achievement. Open to advertising, marketing, and PR agencies, designers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators, clients and students who create advertising in and/or for businesses and organizations in the Tri-State (New Jersey, New York and Connecticut) region.
Entries are accepted starting late January and are judged in early spring followed by a prestigious Gala Event in June that includes cocktails, gallery preview, dinner and awards ceremony. A distinguished panel of qualified communications professionals, with no affiliation to the ACW, serve as judges. Entry fee discounts are offered to members.
Big W 2010 - Deadline for Entry Submission: March 5, 2010. Call for Entries to be mailed out in Feburary, 2010.
