The mission of A BETTER FUTURE is to promote the strategies for and the benefits of achieving a more healthy, humane, and environmentally sustainable world. The organizers want to assist you in developing more mutual understanding and collective action that will help create a better future for all. Our work arose out of the National Council for Science and the Environment’s 2003 conference, “Education for a Sustainable and Secure Future” (www.ncseonline.
