While I have always possessed an artistic ability, in the early 1990s I began taking courses to improve my techniques and knowledge, taking computer graphic, web-design and fine art classes. I decided to apply what I was learning toward a career and obtained a position hand-painting fine custom ceramic tiles and overseeing the art department of a hand-made ceramic tile company before relocating to the BridgeMill / Sixes area of Cherokee County, Georgia in June 2001.
