About m-TECH m-TECH's founder and President, Lee Thacker, worked for the CDC for 20 years including the time of the Legionnaire's Disease outbreak in 1976. He helped develop the reagents for the first DFA test for Legionella and described the first four serogroups of Legionella pneumophila.
