All properties added to the site are first reviewed by us to ensure they are of a good standard compared to other properties being offered in their vicinity. Those not meeting these standards are politely refused. All adverts are created and maintained by their owners and all contact and negotiations regarding renting the property are conducted directly with the owner.

For the advertiser, a choice of advert types allows for various combinations of accommodation to be advertised, from the standalone self-catering villa or apartment to complexes containing multiple accommodation units on the same site providing both catered and self-catering accommodation. An advert format is also available for guesthouse, B&B and boutique hotel accommodation which puts greater emphasis on individual room descriptions.
For advertisers of multi unit properties the system aggregates the capacity of each combination of individual units thereby making their offering available to visitors searching for accommodation from the capacity of the smallest unit up to the maximum combined capacity of all units on their site.
A comprehensive set of screens allows advertisers to create their adverts in draft form in individual sections that describe both the property and its location. Additional sections are used to create contact details, charges, an availability calender, a Google map, web-site links and to upload photographs. These details can be entered, amended and viewed as a completed advert at any time, allowing the advertiser to build and review their adverts in their own time-scale. Once an advertiser is satisfied with their advert, it can be exported to our live system where it will be available to our web-site visitors.

We are a selective site, which means we reserve the right to refuse advertisements for properties which we do not consider offer accommodation suited to our targeted visitors. However, it is rare that we have to decline an advert.
