When it comes to serving the older adults in our community, we are sometimes limited by resources…but not by our passion for the work. That’s why the Healthy Aging Partnership was formed—to tap into the collective strengths, skills, ideas and resources of organizations and professionals serving older adults in the Puget Sound region. The Partnership was created in 1995 as an informal coalition of government and nonprofit organizations.
