This company sells defective equipment. Region free player stopped working before 30 day warrantee. Won't live up to guarantee because they returned my email after the deadline (5 days). They even acknowledged equipment was defective

Beware of this company and their products. Their International Code-free DVD Recorder is a regular COBY DVD-R1280 that they sell for double the price than sold elsewhere. Although they say that the DVD recorder is modified, the recorder seems to be in the original packaging that was not opened at all. So be careful before you buy from here.

I have purchased three times from this company and have been completely satisfied, each time. Primary usage is watching Region 1 and Region 2 DVDs. 1st model was a Panasonic Region Free, 2nd and 3rd models were Pioneer DVD563 and DVD 578. The players work exactly as expected 4 years later. The VCR friendly model I have works great for copying DVD content to a VCR. One time I received the incorrect item(it was their mistake) and they quickly replaced the item with the correct unit, and paid all additional shipping to return the incorrect unit. Handled very quickly, too.
In minor response to comment above, the product has always been received in the original packaging. It will appear to be indistinguishable from a unit purchased in the store. Did you expect it to look all f***ed up when you got it? I don't work for them or anything, but am happy with the service.
