- 21cco was founded in April of 2005 but it didn’t start there. It started when the founder, Shannon Flood, had become frustrated with his game to the point where he about quit permanently. You see Mr. Flood was a top high school amateur back in the early 80’s and even played some college golf. By the 90’s he had fallen into the same category as most other golfers. The weekend warrior that was losing the war on the golf course and getting pretty frustrated too. Playing golf had become an ulcer in the making. So he didn't play much. It wasn’t until 2004 that he started looking into golf training aids as a way to play better after he was introduced to some by his uncle visiting from Cleveland. Though he realized that he had to practice to play better, he at least wanted to practice wisely. Since he no longer had a PGA professional swing trainer like he did in high school (he felt it wasn’t practical to pay for one now since he didn’t play tournament anymore) he tried out some of those golf training aids. most important: THEY HELPED!
