1L2.US stands for "One -tiny- Link To Us"
1L2.US is a URL shortening service that keeps user statistics private. There are no visits/IP logs and the API key is publicly available without registration for each site visitor.
We love simplicity and this reflects in the overall site design and functionality. We also walked the extra mile for you and launched the Mozilla Firefox AddOn that allows you to quickly shorten your urls just by pressing Alt+1.
Philosophy

- 2. We're keeping things simple. There are no stats logged for your links.
- 3. We filter the "bad sites" out so you won't have the shock of your life following one of the 1l2.us short links.
History
1L2.us was launched on April 2010. The author developed the site for personal use on Twitter.
Soon after the launch he decided to create a Mozilla Firefox AddOn to shorten the links on the fly.
