Be wary
- Got charged an extortionate price for hardly any damages - that I had pointed out...then found out that the repairs had NOT been done..but they had a builder's bill??? went to solicitor and got full refund..was told that it was a 'mistake' but they should have checked the work had been carried out as per 'inventory' before the new tenants had moved in.
Dont turn up when they make appointments..bad attitude of staff.
