Intake: One serving Cinnamon Life cereal, grapes, half an apple, an orange, lasagna, 2 pieces of garlic bread, 12 Chic-fil-a nuggets, and some GoldFish (the crackers). Output: ZERO, unless you count putting together an ellipitcal, which by the time I was done putting it together I was too tired to use it. From here on out I will include my calorie intake and output. I will also be putting my weight up once a week, along with a photo to show improvement (or not).
