History of the Business Vickery Wines was established in 1989 in Hertfordshire, England as an Australian wine specialist to sell Australian wines into the largely untapped UK and European markets. Islay Kennedy, the principal, is a graduate of Roseworthy College, South Australia and as a result of her time there has an extensive network of contacts throughout the Australian wine industry. The company has established extensive contacts throughout the UK and Europe.
