- Alan Burchette (frustrated) : Not happy. . They have a very confusing system for cancellation that ensures less people leave. Unfortunately, it angers people because 1and1 doesn't cancel a package if you do not follow their very specific instructions. They will "un-cancel" you if you do not confirm cancellation by email, even if that email doesn't come. . You may be surprised by a bill and threats of being sent to collection agencies for non-payment of the package that you didn't know wasn't canceled. . 1and1.com is BBB rated "F" Fri May 08 07:48:43 UTC 2009
