- Tammy Worrell (frustrated) : I LOVE THAT YOU HAVE A REWARD CARD SINCE MY FAMILY DOES SPEND QUITE A BIT OF MONEY EACH TIME WE SEE A MOVIE. MY PROBLEM IS HOWEVER, THAT I HAVE 2 FREE MOVIE PASSES THAT I COULD NOT USE BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE BECAUSE THE THEATER DID NOT ACCEPT PASSES FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF MOVIES WE WENT TO SEE. I BELIEVE THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO OFFER THIS GREAT BENEFIT, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS OR EXPIRATION DATES ASSOCIATED WITH IT. WE LIVE OVER AN HOUR FROM THE NEAREST THEATER, SO WE DO NOT GET TO GO AS OFTEN AS WE WOULD LIKE - THE CROWN CLUB WOULD BE MUCH MORE BENEFICIAL TO USE WITH NO RESTRICTIONS. 13:48, 7 May 2008 (PDT)
