So an update later this evening once I got over my job diss. I finally had enough stress to run about it & for all of you friends that get easily concerned, this was a good thing. I needed the motivation AND this evening I finally went on a run 1.45 miles. Not much but its a start. Haven't worked out in like a year and truthfully its been longer I just don't want to give you the real math on that. After my run, once I was walking I got this light airy euphoric sensation. Jetska in her everyday mood ~ lots of questions, lots of issues in the world to explore
