There was a large demand for all of the customizations to be wrapped up into one installation, so that is exactly what was done.

The more refined it became, the more clear it became that it was no longer just Firefox with an IE face. More and more aspects were being explored and it became clear that there was a better browser hiding under the hood. Even though it looked like a Volkswagen Beetle, it had a Porche engine.

Now it was a simple matter of time and marketing, to get people to start experiencing it for themselves. It turned out to be extremely stable. Out of about 50,000 downloads there were only about 3 tech support related emails and those were mostly the fault of spyware infected systems, not the browser itself. There was virtually no support required!
