The 2007 budget provides general and special revenue expenditures of $132.4 million, counting capital appropriations of $5.9 million, and debt service costs of $25.6 million. Funding for land acquisition and capital development is provided by multiple sources including the $225 million Measure AA bond issue approved by voters in 1988.
