Dave Reynolds, Owner and Director, holds a degree from University of Maryland, is certified as a Health/Fitness Instructor by American College of Sports Medicine, Medical Exercise Specialist by American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals, and a certified Adaptive Fitness Instructor. He has recently become certified an Egoscue trained Postural Alignment Specialist (PAS ). He is an active member of ASCM, IDEA and the Running Association. His career includes 11 years as a gymnastic coach.
Specialized one-on-one training (in home or facility) is usually the most effective means of achieving the desired results in a minimum amount of time.
Cindy Kardeman (Co-Director) is a physical therapist, licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC. She is owner and president of It's Your Move, Inc., a private physical therapy practice. She holds a BS degree from Ithaca College, and a Masters Degree from University College, University of Maryland. She has been a member in good standing with the American Physical Therapy Association since 1976. She has been practicing physical therapy for over 25 years, and provides services in a home care setting or in her Silver Spring location. Cindy's approach is comprehensive, and focuses on positive functional outcomes.
