Crew 438 is a Venture Crew chartered through the Rio Hondo District of the Los Angeles Area Council. Venturing is the young adult program of the Boy Scouts of America for men and women 14 (who have completed the eighth grade) through 20 years of age. Leadership development and having fun are probably the most important elements of Venturing.
